The Consumer Protection Department currently lists the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and their 2021 amendment among the rules under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted as excluding, restricting or waiving any right, remedy or protection available to a consumer under mandatory applicable Indian law.

NEW4YOU shall not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, civil disturbance, government restrictions, strikes, technical infrastructure failures, logistics disruption or other force majeure events.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by law.
Failure by NEW4YOU to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the policies and documents expressly referenced herein, constitute the terms governing your use of the Platform.
The Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping/Delivery Policy and Warranty Policy are separate policies and shall apply to the respective matters covered by them.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any mandatory jurisdictional requirements, disputes relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.
